I’m Kali, a lifelong lover of movement, a certified yoga and meditation teacher, and a woman who came into her own (body, mind, and soul) after forty.
For much of my life, I didn’t see myself reflected in wellness spaces. Everything felt too one-dimensional, too forced, too cliché, or simply not built for women navigating the beautiful complexity of midlife.
So I created what I couldn’t find.
This space evolved from a quiet desire: to help women reimagine what wellness can look like as we age. To move in ways that feel joyful and intuitive. To age with agency and elegance. And to resist the pressure to shrink, silence, or erase ourselves just because the culture says it’s time to fade.

With over 500 hours of formal yoga and meditation training and a background in creative and joyful movement practices, I bring a holistic lens to everything I share.
